By accessing or using the ClientSphere Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service. These Terms govern all use of the Service and all content, services, and products available at or through the website.
2. User Account and Responsibilities
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. ClientSphere cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to comply with this security obligation.
- You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with the Terms.
3. Billing and Payment
Access to the Service is provided on a subscription basis (monthly or annual). You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis. ClientSphere reserves the right to change its pricing at any time; however, any price changes will take effect after providing reasonable notice.
4. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
5. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
